Simple Description

LTWT dust-free feeding station series, is a feeding device that uses negative pressure air flow to collect dust,mainly to solve the problem of dust in the feeding  process.
The filter system adopts unique blasting pulse back blowing, high pressure and low flow mode, which does not affect the negative pressure of   the feeding port. Complete recovery of material dust and zero loss.

Working Principle

A filter device is installed inside the device to filter out the dust generated in the feeding process and discharge the clean exhaust gas into the atmosphere.

Function configuration

• Main material: 316L stainless steel.
• Filter membrane material: 316L sintered mesh.
• Backflush type: pneumatic pulse backflush.
• Unloading bottom valve: meet food grade requirements. Sterile blanking butterfly valve and food-grade flap bottom valve are optional.
• Vacuum source: use public engineering vacuum or supporting independent vacuum generator.
• Control mode: PLC touch screen control or PPT pneumatic delay module control.
