A Controlled Way to Open Filled Capsules
The DeCap series uses a patented mechanical structure to separate the capsule cap from the body, following a principle similar to manual capsule opening.
This method helps reduce shell breakage and supports faster, more consistent recovery of capsule contents, especially when processing large quantities of rejected filled capsules.

Capsule Guided Into the Groove
Filled hard capsules enter the capsule guide groove and move forward in a controlled direction.

Horizontal Fork Transfer
The horizontal fork moves each capsule along the guide structure and prepares it for separation.

Separation at the Capsule Joint
The separation blade mechanism acts on the capsule joint and separates the cap from the body.

Content Discharge & Collection
After separation, the capsule contents flow into the collection outlet for controlled material recovery.
