Simple Description
LTDT Ton Bag Feeding Station,can handle the unpacking and unloading operations of large bags of powder material bags (hereinafter referred to as "ton bags").
It is widely used in API raw materials, food and fine chemical industries to achieve dust-free and efficient tonnage feeding, avoid pollution and leakage of materials during the feeding process, and realize dust-free and efficient powder feeding.

Working Principle
The equipment is equipped with an electric hoist, and the electric hoist is connected with a hanger rack. When working, the hanger moves out of the frame, and the lowering height is docked with the ton bag. After docking, the lifting and translation move the ton bag to the unpacking and feeding station.
The unloading port of the ton bag is sealed and docked with the unique feeding device, and the arching phenomenon during the feeding process is prevented by the flapping device or the vibration device, and the dust-free and efficient powder feeding is realized.
