Simple Description

The LTCD transfer window is an auxiliary device for clean rooms. It is a customized equipment for the transfer of small items and materials between clean areas and clean areas, clean areas and non-clean areas. The use of transfer windows can significantly reduce the number of door openings in a clean room and minimize pollution in clean areas.
Suitable for pharmaceutical, food and fine chemical industries. Comply with GMP and FDA requirements.

Working Principle

The LTCD transmission window is equipped with a fan filter unit on the top of the inner cavity, and the inner cavity forms a local    clean area through the sinking low-pressure air flow. The bottom or side is provided with high return air efficiency. By adjusting the opening degree of the exhaust valve and the intake valve, a gradient of internal and external pressure difference is formed to avoid   environmental pollution during the process of material transfer.

• Doors of different cleanliness levels on both sides are all airtight.
• ICIP/SIP can be cleaned and sterilized online, resistant to VHP sterilization.
• Both doors are electronically interlocked and cannot be opened at the same time.
• According to customer needs, custom-made various non-standard sizes and floor-standing transmission windows. Optional: ultraviolet sterilization lamp, intercom, buzzer alarm.
• Main material: 304 stainless steel/316L stainless steel.
• Order must provide: fan filter unit brand, internal size requirements, external size requirements.
• The bottom surface of the inner cavity can choose stainless steel work surface or non-powered roller, which is convenient for material transfer.
