Features

1. With negative pressure controllable function: a negative pressure detection point is added to the upper box of the coating machine, and the operator can operate the electronic control system according to the process requirements (for example, the negative pressure value is 10Pa), control the speed of the exhaust fan, and change the exhaust fan The wind speed and air volume achieve the purpose of controlling the negative pressure in the pot.

2. Equipped with a hot air speed control system: the operator can operate the electric control system according to the technological requirements, control the speed of the hot air blower, and change the air supply and wind speed of the hot air blower to meet the requirements of the process.

3. Display and control of temperature value: temperature sensors are installed at the inlet and outlet of the coating drum, and the temperature signal is input to PLC after comparing with the set value (80°C) to automatically control the heat exchanger, so as to achieve the The temperature value of the clothes is controlled with an accuracy of ±1℃.

4. The adjustment and control function of the spray gun atomization coverage: the imported special spray gun is used for the spray gun of the coating system. The atomization coverage area can be adjusted with the nozzle 360°, and the angle of the nozzle cover can be rotated according to the amount of material in the pot. The adjustment of the total coverage is realized, the operation is convenient and easy to master, and the effect of atomization is avoided by man-made operation factors, and it is convenient to formulate the post SOP.

5. With the function of printing all the time: It is designed to automatically record the relevant process parameters in the production process in real time, and can be printed out according to the requirements, avoiding the error of manual recording and ensuring the authenticity and reliability of the original record.

6. With air inlet humidity display: a humidity sensor is installed at the air inlet of the coating machine, and the air humidity signal is displayed on the touch screen after PLC, which is convenient for the craftsman to provide an important parameter in the process of exploring the coating process.

7. Designed roller replaceable function: Designed 1, 3, and 5L replaceable coating rollers to facilitate the trial production of small batches of medicines and the exploration of the coating process.
