1. 4. The adjustment and control function of the spray gun atomization coverage: the imported special spray gun is used for the spray gun of the coating system. The atomization coverage area can be adjusted with the nozzle 360°, and the angle of the nozzle cover can be rotated according to the amount of material in the pot. The adjustment of the total coverage is realized, the operation is convenient and easy to master, and the effect of atomization is avoided by man-made operation factors, and it is convenient to formulate the post SOP.
5. With the function of printing all the time: It is designed to automatically record the relevant process parameters in the production process in real time, and can be printed out according to the requirements, avoiding the error of manual recording and ensuring the authenticity and reliability of the original record.
6. With air inlet humidity display: a humidity sensor is installed at the air inlet of the coating machine, and the air humidity signal is displayed on the touch screen after PLC, which is convenient for the craftsman to provide an important parameter in the process of exploring the coating process.
