SpheroTop-Seires Spheronizer

Simple Instruction:

SpheroTop-Seires Spheronizer is a kind of equipment used to make granule, which is researched and developed on the basis of absorbing the technology of similar home equipment, and which has the following characteristics such as short production time( produce a batch of materials only needing several minutes ), high finished ratio(can reach 90% ordinarily）, dispense with filtration, high roundness, even internal distribution of compositions in particles, smooth surface, small dispersivity, even granularity distribution, etc.. The diameter of making granules can be chosen and adjusted( the range is 0.4mm～2.5mm）. It is able to make fast and slow speed or control slow release spheroids according to different requirements, and fill into a capsule, put into a bag or make troches, etc.  

Spheronizer is mainly composed of revolving device, material container, coping device,  lifting mechanism, cabinet body of operation screen, cabinet body, opening device, discharging device, pneumatic device, electric control device, etc.   

Operating principle of Spheronizer: the cylindrical strip extrudants extruded from the Extruder LTE-D Series enters into the Spheronizer, and falls on the centrifugal rotating plate which is running at a high speed, and the cutting-off teeth on the centrifugal rotating plate cuts these materials into short cylindrical granulates of the same length, which is finished by the teeth itself. The broken cylindrical granule in round spheroids granulating machine, under the combined action of centrifugal force, running force, own gravity, push from the air, friction, transfer the speed differential between centrifugal turntable and circular body of material to pill, causing even kneading action, to make round ball rapidly by rolling. At the same time, insufflate dry air current through the cabined crack between centrifugal turnplate and tunnel body of material, due to automatic roll and the action of fluid bed, all granulates are in three-dimensional helical rolling movement, manufacture granulates into spheroids which have the following advantage: good quality, even size, high roundness ratio.
