LTFC Dust Collector

Simple Description

LTFC dust collector, is a local exhaust dust removal equipment. The equipment is composed of four parts: shell, dust removal fan, filter system and dust collector. Can be used in explosion-proof environments.
The LTFC dust collector can be integrated into the dust removal system, connected to the user's dust removal pipeline, or can be made into various contoured air inlets according to customer needs. It is a negative pressure dust removal product with high cost performance.

Working Principle

Through the built-in dust removal fan and air inlet filter system, the dust covered by the air inlet is collected and recovered. The air outlet is equipped with an initial filter cloth, which can be directly discharged indoors or connected to the return air pipeline  for centralized processing. To achieve dust-free and efficient powder feeding.

The air inlet filter system is equipped with a back blowing or bag shaking mechanism (optional) to regenerate the filter
membrane without affecting the negative pressure of the feeding port. Complete recovery of material dust and zero loss. To ensure continuous operation for 24 hours, the dust removal effect is still very good.
