LTDZ ton packaging loading station is used for dust-free weighing and loading of various types of ton packages, with easy operation and reduced labor intensity.

Suitable for pharmaceutical, food and fine chemical industries. Comply with GMP and FDA requirements.

Working Principle

The ton packaging loading station uses the unique bag mouth airbag sealing, negative pressure dust removal and low pressure nitrogen gas supplement technology to achieve the dust-free process of ton packaging loading.

A weighing module or platform scale is arranged at the bottom of the ton packaging loading station to measure the weight of the loading process. When the loaded weight reaches the predetermined weight, the sub-packing is automatically stopped.
