What Pharmaceutical Equipment We Are Bringing
At our booth, we will display three machines that serve different segments of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical production:
- CamPro-Series Visual Counting Machine
— a high-speed visual counting system that uses linear CCD camera and ARM processor technology instead of traditional infrared sensors, achieving higher accuracy especially for small pellets, stacked tablets, transparent capsules, and dusty products. The machine is built with 304 stainless steel plates meeting GMP requirements.
- LTRG-120 Double Head Automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine
— designed for filling ointments, creams, and pastes into aluminum or composite tubes with dosing accuracy controlled by a stainless steel butterfly valve and screw adjustment device. The machine uses frequency control and an international tube sealing system for consistent sealing quality.
- PFS-2 Glass Prefilled Syringe Filling and Stoppering Machine
— an aseptic packaging system for prefilled syringes, equipped with two filling heads and two capping heads, filling accuracy within ±1-2%, production capacity 1200-1800 units per hour, and suitable for syringe specifications from 0.5ml to 10ml. It runs on peristaltic pump dosing with vacuum stoppering for air elimination.
- Syringe Automatic Inspection Machine
– designed for visual inspection of prefilled syringes, detecting particles, defects, and appearance issues in injectable products
What You Can Do at Booth N1C06
- Walk around the machines. Inspect the stainless steel finish, weld quality, and component layout — details that are hard to judge from photos or videos.
- Bring your production requirements to our engineering team. Tell us your target output per hour, batch size, and material characteristics. We will walk you through a preliminary equipment configuration on the spot.
- Discuss compliance documentation: CE certification, GMP compliance, and available IQ/OQ/PQ templates.
- Ask about spare parts availability, lead time, power and air supply requirements, and after-sales support — the details that matter for procurement decisions.
Why Visit in Person
Photos and datasheets tell you what a machine is supposed to do. Seeing it in person tells you how well it is built.
Many equipment differences — weld consistency, material gauge, bearing selection, sensor placement — are hard to capture in a brochure but immediately visible when you stand in front of the machine.
